How can I get the wholesale price lists?

• In order to get the wholesale price lists of our products, kindly register on website by sign up (Button is there on the top right corner of website). Give us your complete details, so that we would confirm the registration fast. Once your registration is approved, you login to your account.

How to place International order?

• We have currently activated few countries on our website. If your country is not listed on the website, please contact or whats app on +919819904012 or mail us info@shreeshyamproducts.in. We will let you know the total amount payable along with shipping and other procedure. International Shipping Cost will be calculated on the Volume weight or Actual weight whichever is higher. This is a International method with every airline.

Shipping Information?

• Shipment can take place at your billing address as well as on delivery address. You need to fill both address properly with pincodes.

• Please note that no shipments made from us on Sundays and public holidays as our logistics partner does not make any pick-ups on those days.

• In rare cases, delays might occur due to Customs clearance delays, flight delays or other unavoidable circumstances. However we always try our level best to ensure delivery within the number of days to delivery as informed in our post-order communication to the customer.

• The choice of the consignment carrier is made by the sole discretion of SHREE SHYAM PRODUCTS. But we may change according to customer needs only on prior information by customer.

• We have different logistics partner (for India Shipping) depend on the location. We Do prefer to deal (for International Shipping) with FedEx for their the safest and fastest professional service. 

• The consignment will be delivered to the buyer's specified address by the consignment carrier, after the clearance of all the customs formalities.

• Any difference in the courier amount irrespective of Indian or International shipment after it is booked, will be adjusted in the next shipment.

• Please note that International residential shipments to USA or any other country will be left at door if someone is not there to receive the package. Our courier agents DHL / FEDEX / TNT / UPS etc will not be able to provide sign confirmation of delivery made in such cases. To ensure that no disputes arise due to this, kindly make sure that someone is there to receive the package when courier delivery is attempted.

• If the products get damaged or lost during transit by the shipping company, Shree Shyam Products cannot be held liable. Shree Shyam Products will not be held responsible for any delay, damage in transit, or otherwise due to the courier company. Once the customer receives the product from the courier company or any other delivery methods and acknowledges it, it shall be treated as good delivery and on no grounds it shall be returned as bad delivery.

Custom duty & taxes ?

• Customer must abide by the laws of his-her country. Shree Shyam Products do not pay for the custom duties or any other Taxes/charges. In case there are any customs duties and Taxes incurred by the shipment, the customer is bound to pay them. Please note that we are unable to provide specific advice on customs duties or tariffs.

• If customer does not claim the shipment for whatever reason, Shree Shyam Products shall not be held responsible for it.

• If shipment will sent back to us due to non-payment of custom duty and taxes or any other reason, Customer will have to pay re-freight charges and other taxes incurred by the shipment.

Priority Orders?

• We do provide facility of priority orders, subject of availability of Stock and time. We have category of Ready to Ship products, Maximum time of dispatch will be 24 hrs from the time of order.

• We have too have a physical presence in the heart of Malad (w). For complete address you can see our Contact Us page. We will be happy if you see our presence and products, then you order. We have mostly all the stock ready. We can also provide hand delivery of goods too.

COD option? 

• We are manufacturer and takes only wholesale order. All consignments will be shipped only on Advance payment. 

Wholesale Discounts?

• We have not any discount policy. Since we are the manufacturer and doing only wholesale business, we have only 1 price list. A wise customer knows that discount offers are only a gimic.

• Bank Wire Transfer or Telegraphic Transfer. Kindly ask us for the bank account and IFSC details to avail this mode of payment. This is the cheapest way of money transfer.

• Our products catalog is updated every week according the season and demand. We produce latest fashion proucts as per fashion market and seasons.

What is your Return / Exchange Policy?

• We DO NOT accept any returns/exchange. In case of any defects in goods, please notify us within 3 days of receipt of goods. Defective goods can be returned to our office at Malad (West)- Mumbai, India
