Shree Shyam Products Shipping Policy
We give our best to deliver products purchased from www.shreeshyamproducts.in in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. We can ship all the products listed anywhere in the world. Shipping charges will depend on Actual weight or Volume weight whichever is higher.
- We ship your parcel within 24-48 hours of receiving confirmed payment through the applicable service as per your order.
- If same day wholesale shipment has to be sent, then we should get online payment before 12.00 pm.
- Shipping information would be mailed to you on your email, as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
- Order will not be taken back unless there is a major defect.
- All item listed on the website attract shipping charges. Free shipping only be applicable with a coupon code.
- Shipment will take place ONLY at your billing address as per the proforma invoice/Estimate. Kindly DO check the address and telephone number in the proforma invoice/Estimate.
- In rare cases, delays might occur due to Customs clearance delays, flight delays or other unavoidable circumstances. However we always try our level best to ensure delivery within the number of days to delivery as informed in our post-order communication to the customer.
- The choice of the outward carrier is made by the sole discretion of SHREE SHYAM PRODUCTS. Customer need to inform us before hand for the carrier name if they want according to their requirements.
- We do prefer best carrier service provider according to region.
- Please check the Boxes/Package carefully at the time of delivery. In case of difference in actual and weight mentioned in the airway bill or any box/package is torned, please take a note from the courier guy for further action.
- If the products get damaged or lost during transit by the shipping company, Shree Shyam Products cannot be held liable. Shree Shyam Products will not be held responsible for any delay, damage in transit, or otherwise due to the courier company. Once the customer receives the product from the courier company or any other delivery methods and acknowledges it, it shall be treated as good delivery and on no grounds it shall be returned as bad delivery.
- We offer 2 modes of shipment: Shipment either is sent by Air or Surface. Shipment will not be booked or delivered on Sunday. Air or Surface delivery time and Rate will differ according to the region and state. If you wish to have your package delivered to remote area or village types of addresses, then we would ship it from India postal services.
Holiday Shipping & Delays
Holiday shipments are subject to special holiday hours and may be delayed due to higher than normal shipping volumes experienced by the shipping services we use. Please be aware that UPS will occasionally issue a shipping exception for expedited shipping methods that cannot be delivered on time (i.e. 2 Day or 3 Day). An exception is any event or situation that causes a shipment delivery to be rescheduled. Exceptions, such as Mother Nature or an incorrect address, can occur for a variety of reasons and are explained within the detailed shipment information found when tracking your package. We are not responsible for any delays caused by our shipping vendors (i.e. DHL or the India Postal Service). When placing your order, please be sure to supply us with accurate information and check the information carefully before submitting your order to prevent delays. Orders with an incorrect address or shipping payment will be held until the correct information or payment is received. If you are shipping to an address different from the billing address, please be sure to to provide the different delivery address.
We endeavor to ship our products to you as soon as we receive your order. For any given day's order load, our policy is to give priority processing to orders that stipulate expedited shipping services. Normally these orders are processed within one business day of receipt if the order was placed before 12 Noon Eastern Time.
